One of my favorite things to rescue from the thrift store is cookbooks. I read them like other people read books but I don’t ever cook anything out of them. I have quite a stack of books.
Matthew over at his little free library gave me the idea of putting some cookbooks into the little free library in the parking lot at my work. Cookbooks are popular reads in their library. Mathew’s Little Free Library

Well the thrift stores always have a ton of them. I always rescue one or two. Now I have a place to take them after I have looked at them. One of my step-kids asked me once if I was every going to cook anything out of any of those books. I said “no”.

I read cookbooks too. In a fit of decluttering earlier this year, I gave away a lot of them. Like you, I don’t usually make any of the recipes so I wanted others to enjoy them.
