Made me laugh! Wonderfully presented. There is a Reefer Madness vibe to it! Which may be more than responsible for such behaviour, the reefer use, that is. Canada is working towards legality, marijuana use, that is, not dwarf pilfering. Once legality occurs, I predict an upswing in lawn ornament misplacement.
