Sin Chata is a rich ice cream with a lovely cinnamon finish.  Took it to a friend’s for dessert and it was perfect with her peach pie!

My current favorites?  Chocolate Raspberry and Caramel Apple.

The Caramel Apple cannot be described in writing, you have to taste it! Puréed apples give this ice cream a once in a lifetime flavor.

Personally making each signature blend to insure a taste that will amaze.  Rotating flavors seasonally, what is in the works?  A pumpkin cheesecake any day.

The Total Beverage (Westminster Total Beverage, 9359 Sheridan Blvd., Westminster, CO 80031) is hosting Brian at their free tasting area.  You can try four flavors tomorrow October 15th between 4 and 7 which include the two I brought home plus White Russian and Grasshopper.  Must be 21 years of age to indulge.

I also picked up some great wine.  The box wine was recommended to me by Mary who always remembers exactly what I like.  She thought of this immediately because it is organic and delicious.

They forgot to bring us the salted butter and since it was our first time indulging we did not know.  It was yummy without the salted butter but it would have been even more extreme with butter!  Yummy.

Today’s Extreme Dessert

My daughter Haley and I stopped in for a glass of wine at this wonderful winery in Arvada, Colorado.  We tried several different wines passing glasses back and forth 🙂

Silver Vines Winery

Not only was the staff extremely friendly, the other patrons were chatty and helpful.  We had a blast.

Brothers Jeff and Daniel Chayer are the owners.  Jeff is the winemaker and Daniel is the general manager.

They know their business and who their customers are:

Who doesn’t love chocolate and red wine?  Put them together and the brothers Chayer have a winner!

Today’s Extreme Dessert?  The Chocolate Delight which was delightfully yummy combining these two favorites, chocolate and Zinfandel.
